  • Current price: 15 JD per 400g package (subject to change without prior notice).
  • LZ Trading Est. reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service at any time.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual product packaging may vary.
  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp.

6. Product Disclaimer

  • Grovvy products are nutritional supplements intended to complement a balanced diet. They are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
  • Grovvy products are formulated for children aged 1-3 years (Grovvy Toddlers) and 4-12 years (Grovvy Kids). Use outside the recommended age range should be done only under healthcare professional guidance.

Refund & Return Policy

At Grovvy, we are committed to your satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to meet your expectations. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all orders purchased through grovvy.net or via our official WhatsApp channel (+962 79 5889553).

2. Return Conditions

A return request may be submitted in the following cases:

  • The product arrives visibly damaged, defective, or tampered.
  • The customer receives a product different from what was ordered.
  • The product is returned within 7 days of the delivery date, unused, sealed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Conditions for acceptance:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be returned in its original sealed packaging with all accessories included.
  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and undamaged due to misuse.
  • Nutritional supplement products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

3. Exchange Conditions

Products may be exchanged in the following cases:

  • A manufacturing defect or damage confirmed upon delivery.
  • Wrong product received.

Conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The replacement product must be available in stock.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened nutritional supplement products (due to hygiene and safety regulations).
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse after delivery.
  • Products purchased on final sale or promotional discounts marked as non-returnable.

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To submit a return or exchange request:

  2. Provide the following information: Order number, Customer name, Reason for return or exchange, Clear photos of the product and packaging (required for damaged/defective claims).
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days to confirm the request and provide return instructions.

6. Shipping & Return Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged/defective): LZ Trading Est. will cover all return shipping costs.
  • If the return is based on customer preference (change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as store credit, based on mutual agreement.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • The time for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment is dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — the return process must be followed instead.

9. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver across Jordan within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at checkout or via WhatsApp before order confirmation.
  • LZ Trading Est. is not responsible for delays caused by external logistics providers or force majeure events.
